CARDIO BOX: A combination of Aerobics and Kick n' Jab or Katabox moves for Cardio Respiratory Endurance |
CARDIO CIRCUIT: Combination of running, step moves, high Intensity Aerobics and Abdominals |
ENDURO SPIN/ PYRAMID INTERVAL/ INCLINED SPIN: 70%-80% of various cycling moves that targets lower body strength and cardio respiratory Endurance |
CIRCUIT TRAINING: Aerobics circuit on Step, Weights and Abdominals |
AQUA AEROBICS: Aerobics moves and dance done inside the pool. Normally patrons will not be allowed to put their heads under water. Even those who cannot swim can still do it. |
AQUA EXERCISES: |
AERO-FREESTYLE: These are combination of Aerobics variation moves and strength training. Flexibility is also included during this workout |
HI-LO : This is a type of aerobic exercise routine that utilizes significant muscle teams, it is usually rhythmic in nature and the muscles involved are taken care of for an extended period of time, normally 45mins. It starts with a low intensity workout and gradually gains momentum and involvement of jumping jacks and other moves that require taking feet off the ground are introduced. |

BODY PUMP: This is a type of toning where weights are used. A person is allowed to use the weight he/she can manage most. |
ABS & CORE These are exercises targeting upper front and mid abs (rectus abdominus) lower abs (transversus abdominus) and side abs (external obliques) |
ABDOMINALS The core is our centre of gravity. The abs provide trunk stability, and add to our overall core strength. Stronger abs provide more protection to very vital organs in case of an accident. Weaker abs automatically result to a weaker core, poor posture and destabilized spine. Working out our abs is so easy because no major movements are involved, the most easy way is by lying down on your back and doing different types of exercises that target the upper, middle and lower abdominals. We provide specific abs classes on certain days in our program to carter for everyone who needs to reduce his/her waistline and who wants a rock-hard six-packed abs. |
BODY TONING Light weights are required for this class, it involves working out different muscle groups with light dumbbells and doing high repetitions. |
STEP This is a class done using stepping boards for intensity. It is also rhythmic in nature and works mainly the lower part of the body. The step can be adjusted to increase or decrease the intensity of the workout. It tones up the lower part of the body muscles like the quads, hips & gastrocnemius. |
WEIGHTLOSS CORNER: All moves here include High intensity Cardio, Strength and Toning for Weight loss. |
FIRM AND TONE: Here we include few aerobics moves for a warm up and then focus mainly on firming the lower, mid and upper body. This is especially for ladies who are hungry to firm up. |

Our one and only in the country half Olympic size heated pool is what set us apart from the rest. We have learn to swim lessons for both children and adults daily with our qualified instructors who underwent training on all aspects of swimming and water safety. We also have group Aqua classes which are already included in your monthly and yearly membership options.
